wow. i am suddenly so homesick i can barely stand it.
good luck with school.
Gorgeous photos! But I do think you are rubbing it in a bit about life in Boston. Have I told you my dad is from Sharon?
You're starting your PhD program tomorrow? In what?
So fun...what cool pictures!
I think it's just a little slice of heaven to live on the East Coast from Labor Day til Thanksgiving...then I'm ready to move to San Diego.
Sounds like a wonderful Boston day. Minus the dog poop of course.
love the contrast of good and not-so-good. as long as we dwell on the good, life usually follows suit...usually. congrats on starting school again! you will be amazing.
The festival looks so fun, and your family is just beautiful! I found your blog through a blog from another and so forth lol! But I am in your neck of the woods - up in NH in Nashua, and am LDS too! Small world, right?! Anyway, I look forward to reading your Boston adventures :)
Thanks Annie, it was lovely to see images from Boston. You looked to be having a great time. The street festival looked fantastic. It is Jessica's first day back at school on the 4th too so we are enjoying our last day together today. Good luck for your first day too.

Oh, I miss the north end so much. Never have we found its equal anywhere else. Did you at least stop by Mike's and get a cannoli? YUM. Bring me one next time you come, okay?
in our next life we're moving to your town - I want to be that close to Boston and have wonderful neighbors and beautiful scenery all the time
Lovely photos! And your blog banner is pretty stylin' too.
