Quick recovery

Greg is sitting at the kitchen table, changing our options for life insurance. The kids are around...doing homework, walking in and out...so they hear some of the discussion around the dollar amount of the policies for each of us.

Maddy pipes up: Wow, Dad. If you die, we'll be rich!

Amused silence.

She quickly adds: ...rich in sadness, that is!

Well played, Miss M, well played.

Hey there Annie!

Good one by Miss M. I have a husband who always jokes that he worth more dead than alive, but seriously it's noooooo joke.

Love your blog!

That is so funny. Emy5- my husband says the same thing. Often making jokes about me possibly hiring a hitman one day.

Josh and I have had hours of discussions on how we'd spend the life insurance money. I love how quick M recovers the slip.

That is a great comeback!
